Yup, I built Python for my TiVo, but I haven’t done very extensive testing of it – just very, very simple stuff. Give it a spin and let me know if you find any problems.

Tried it, but I get:
python: error while loading shared libraries: cannot open shared object file: cannot load shared object file: No such file or directory
Guess I need to build my own. How did you build it?
