Google SafeSearch not so safe?
Even with SafeSearch turned on, I get some very explicit ads when I do this very innocuous search:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=live&btnG=Google+Search
Yahoo! Search does much better:
http://search.yahoo.com/search?ei=UTF-8&fr=sfp&p=live
