No, not the character from “Friends”. Chandler is an open-source Personal Information Management System being developed by the Open Source Applications Foundation.

Here’s a screenshot of Chandler 0.5:

I downloaded it and played with it for a little while. Some interesting ideas (like integrating IMAP-based email with WebDAV calendar and to do lists), but it’s not mature enough yet to be useful, in my opinion. Something to keep an eye on perhaps.
