Icon Restore
I’ve been wanting a program that does this for a long time. Icon Restore is a Windows program that allows you to save and restore the positions of all your Desktop icons. So if you have a particular layout that you like and then it gets ruined by an accidental arrange or a resolution change, you can restore back to your preferred layout.
