Interesting article on shaving

I just read this interesting article on wet shaving.

I have used a shaving brush for some time and I do think it helps.

I also use the following shaving cream:

The Art of Shaving, Shaving Cream, Lavender
The Art of Shaving, shaving cream

This cream is glycerine-based (like the article recommends), lathers very well (a little bit goes a long way), and my wife digs the lavender smell.

I’ve never used the Trumper’s stuff (although I am curious about it because I’ve seen good things about it on the Web) so I can’t compare The Art of Shaving to Trumper’s.

Try the Trumpers or Taylor of Old Bond Street. Both of them are better than AoS. Taylor has a lavender version. The Limes and Coconut from Trumpers are both great. - A badger brush makes all the difference, huh?

I am enjoying Taylor of Old Bond Street shaving cream right now. I have Eton College and Lemon & Lime, both are terrific.
