Jeremy reports that the Upcoming.org team is joining Yahoo!
This is great news! I’ve been checking out the site and I think there is some great stuff there. Upcoming.org takes the community aspect of Flickr and applies it to social events, something that makes complete and total sense. And there is a lot of potential for Yahoo! to do great things with them like integrate with Calendar and 360.
By the way, you can see some of the events that I’m “watching” on Upcoming.org in the sidebar of my blog. They have an easy to use JavaScript copy and paste badge that does this.
