For months now, Nicole and I have been annoyed by the fact that we could only fit one plate in our microwave at a time so we are forced to serialize our food heating activities. Our microwave is plenty big enough to fit two plates – what we needed was some sort of stacker so that you can stack one on top of the other. I looked on Amazon.com and found this simple, cheap, effective device:
It folds, although we keep ours in our microwave when not in use. The device actually sits on top of the bottom plate and although, it looks precarious, in practice it is quite stable.
As high-tech as I am, I love gizmos like this. A very simple device but very useful, and I don’t have to worry about software conflicts.
Only a true geek would write something like “serialize our food heating activities” 😉
