We have Lutron switches and dimmers throughout our home. A few weeks ago one of the rocker switches on one of our Maestro MAW-603 3-way dimmers physically broke and became wobbly. I was worried because these switches can be pricey. And I could only really find the broken dimmer in a pair with a companion dimmer – goes for around $50. I called Lutron to find out if I could buy parts or just the master dimmer without the companion and they offered to replace the dimmer for free. They took down my info and in a week or so I had a new dimmer and they didn’t even want me to send the old one back.

In an age when customer service is so often a disappointment, I am impressed. Thanks, Lutron!
