I like “E” so far. Having Textmate bundles on Windows is handy, and a bundled Cygwin is good for non-Unix Windows developers. I don’t find it quite ready to replace Vim for me yet (a few bugs outstanding), but I’ve already registered it and am expecting it to be a ready replacement shortly.
