  1. I agree with the advice about getting a dog… I’ve been exercising every weekday morning for nearly (maybe it’s more than) a year. Our dog became conditioned to the 7am alarm clock much faster than I did, and provides “negative reinforcement” any time I want to sleep late 🙂 Also getting up immediately when the alarm goes off seems to help a lot. Now some might argue that rising at 7am isn’t REALLY being a morning person, but…
